  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed in person, via phone, or online. All orders are subject to availability.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit, debit and other payment methods specified at the time of purchase. Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup or delivery time. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.


3. Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup: Orders must be picked up at the agreed time and location. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us promptly.

  • Delivery: If delivery is offered, it will be subject to an additional fee. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.


4. Product Guidelines

  • Freshness and Storage: Our mini loaf cakes are best consumed within 4 days of purchase. Proper storage instructions will be provided with your order.

  • Allergens: We are not a nut-free or allergen-free facility. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.


5. Refunds and Returns Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds and replacements.


6. Intellectual Property All content, including but not limited to recipes, designs, and branding, is the exclusive property of The Little Loaf Company and may not be used without prior written consent.


7. Limitation of Liability The Little Loaf Company is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party services (e.g., delivery couriers).

  • Adverse reactions due to known or disclosed allergens.

  • Damage or loss after the product has been picked up or delivered.

9. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ontario, Canada.
