  • Delivery is subject to product availability and order volume.

  • Local Delivery: All orders are delivered personally by The Little Loaf Company. Delivery times and fees will be confirmed at the time of order.

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order size.


3. Order Scheduling and Processing Time

  • Customers must select a delivery date at least 72 hours in advance when placing their order. 

  • Orders are prepared and delivered on the date specified by the customer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed for the next available business day delivery.


4. Packaging

  • All orders are carefully packaged to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit.


5. Delivery Notifications

  • Once your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to confirm the delivery time.

  • Please ensure your contact information is accurate to receive updates.


6. Delivery Issues

  • Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time, please contact us promptly to reschedule. Additional fees may apply for rescheduled deliveries.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional delivery fees may apply to redeliver orders.

  • Damage in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
